At New-ish, we carefully pack and ship every order using USPS to make sure your one-of-a-kind find arrives safely.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, but we always do our best to ship promptly.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you automatically. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed off to USPS, New-ish is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered.
If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number to file a claim or inquiry.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. New-ish is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
International Shipping (remove if not applicable)
International orders shipped via USPS may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
