Are your items new or used?

All items at new-ish are pre-loved unless otherwise stated. Each piece is carefully curated, inspected, and described honestly so you know exactly what you’re getting.


How do I know the condition of an item?

We do our best to note any flaws in the product description and photos. Minor signs of wear are normal for pre-loved items and are part of their charm.

If you ever want more details or measurements, feel free to reach out before purchasing.


What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of thrifted and vintage items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.


Do you offer free shipping?

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will always be announced at the top of the site or on our social media.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, new-ish ships within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future!


How should I care for thrifted items?

We recommend washing clothing in cold water and air drying when possible to extend the life of your piece.

For vintage or delicate items, hand washing or dry cleaning may be best.


Can I reserve or hold an item?

Because inventory is limited and one-of-a-kind, we’re unable to hold items. All pieces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.


Do you restock items?

Most of our inventory is one-of-one. Once an item sells, it’s gone for good, so we can't restock items. BUT we add new arrivals regularly! Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media so you don’t miss out.
