Return Policy

At New-ish, every item is secondhand, one-of-a-kind, and personally curated. Because of this, all sales are final unless there’s an issue with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

Condition of Items

All items are carefully inspected and honestly described. Minor signs of wear are normal with secondhand pieces and are considered part of their character unless otherwise noted.

Sizing & Fit

Measurements are provided in each listing. We do not accept returns for fit or sizing issues.

Shipping

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Approved returns require the customer to cover return shipping unless the mistake was ours
